All patients are required to show proof they have completed their vaccination process (1-2 shots, plus the two week wait period after the final injection) AND must wear a mask at all time during their session.

Your health and well-being is our only priority!  Massage is a vital self-help tool for your physical, mental, and spiritual health.  And the best part?  It takes no more effort on your part than to call to schedule your appointment and then to immerse yourself into your session when you arrive.  Of course we may send you home with some simple self-care advice and exercises/stretches, but your session itself is easy!

We offer Classic Western/Swedish, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage.  Our sessions are a custom blend of therapeutic techniques based on your personal needs, even if they vary session-to-session.  Have a knot which needs to be worked out one week but just want to de-stress the next?  No problem!  Just let your therapist know!

We list basic rates on all our sessions.  However, we also offer packages, which reduce the individual costs of your sessions.  We also participate in the massage therapy discount programs with many health insurance companies.  Call to ask us if your policy can save you money on your massages!  Is your policy not on our list?  You can also save $5 off your session (30-minute or longer) if you bring in a donation of food/clothing/necessities for people and animals (3-can/box minimum).

Gift certificates are also available for pick-up or delivery (no charge for standard first-class postage).

We accept cash, checks, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, and HSA checks and debit/credit cards as forms of payment.
